What is meant by Holistic Health?
Holistic Health views the individual as a whole: mind, body and spirit. This means that a unique package and combination of holistic therapies, can be offered to each client and tailored and adjusted to suit their needs as their situation changes over time. Nothing is static, things are always changing, and this includes our perceptions, thoughts, emotions and even to some degree our personalities. The holistic approach can honour these subtle changes and adapt accordingly. Fiona draws from a wide variety of complementary therapies and experience to help create an approach unique to each client.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. You can contact Fiona to book an appointment by email at beingzenholistichealth@gmail.com or by telephone on +44 75 101 52203. Typically, Fiona will get back to you within 48 hours.
What treatments are available online?
All the coaching treatments are available online via video call, telephone and email. This includes Meditation and Mindfulness Coaching, and Mindfulness, CBT and Life Coaching. It also includes all the coaching programmes, such as The Zen Steps to Happiness Method. The Bach Flower Remedies consultations are also available remotely.
What are the benefits of remote consultations?
Remote consultations can be held wherever you feel most comfortable and can be much more relaxing and less stressful because no travel is involved. They are more cost effective also, because there are no travel expenses. Remote consultations also allow you to get more out of your day and allow you to manage your time more effectively because of the time saved on travel. Finally, remote consultations allow you to benefit from therapy from anywhere in the world, especially if you find a therapist that suits you from another country or another part of your own country.
How many appointments will I need?
That's entirely up to you! However, ideally you will commit to a 6 week period to see the best results. This is especially the case for Mindfulness, CBT and Life Coaching; Meditation and Mindfulness; Reflexology, and Ear Seeding.
The Zen Steps to Happiness Method is a 6 week coaching programme which includes weekly consultations and daily homework activities, while the Become Your Own Best Friend Coaching Programme is conducted over 4 weeks. The Meditation and Mindfulness Habit coaching course is also conducted over 4 weeks. This should be long enough to begin to establish new, healthy habits.
Bach Flower Remedies work best with monthly appointments over a period of months, to give the remedies time to work their magic and to make adjustments along the way as necessary.
How long does an appointment last?
Typically, each appointment is around one hour long.
How much does it cost?
Meditation and Mindfulness is £30/hr.
Personal Empowerment Coaching is £40/hr.
Reflexology and Ear Seeding is £30 per hour, and the Reflexology and Guided Relaxation for Pregnancy and postnatal recovery combination is also £30/hr.
Bach Flower Remedies also costs £30 per hour.
The Zen Steps to Happiness Method, lasting 6 weeks and including all consultations and materials required, costs £350.
The Become Your Own Best Friend Coaching Programme is a 4 week programme costing £225.
The Meditation and Mindfulness Habit 4 week coaching course costs £200.

My approach is very holistic, so appointments and treatment can be tailored to your individual needs. My focus is also very much centred on personal empowerment and resilience, on giving you tools that you will be able to use for the rest of your life, to improve and manage your own health and well-being and to decrease your reliance on outside sources.
