Zen Steps to Happiness Method 

Zen Steps is a unique coaching course created by Fiona that incorporates story telling from the Zen Buddhist tradition with modern coaching methods. Each story registers on a subconscious level helping to facilitate change, while the exercises that accompany each story reinforce these changes in perception.

The Zen Steps Method helps us to challenge and change the thoughts and perceptions that hold us back in life and to replace them with more empowering alternatives. With The Zen Steps to Happiness Method you can change your thoughts and change your life. The full programme is conducted over 6 weeks with one consultation weekly, in person, or by video call or telephone, and additional daily activities are recommended to support the Zen Steps journey.
